Psychic mediums sometimes awaken from sleep with knowledge of a natural disaster that happened far away. I've heard others refer to these experiences as 'Spirit Rescue.'

One example from my own experience was from March 11, 2011 when a magnitude-9 earthquake shook northeastern Japan, unleashing a savage tsunami.

The disaster caused 15,891 confirmed deaths according to Japan's National Police Agency in April 2015. Most people died by drowning. More than 2,500 people are still reported missing.*

I had been asleep in my home located in the quiet Midwest state of North Dakota in America.

Asleep and unaware that there had been an earthquake, yet I was dreaming about the people who died there.

I listened as each one I encountered told me what happened to them, they seemed shocked and traumatized that they had died.

It felt as though I was consoling them, being the friend they needed to hold their hand during that traumatic time as they processed what happened causing the end of their physical life.
I was there with them, the mess of debris all around us.

I awakened suddenly, just after a woman told me that the tsunami had killed her & it was still on its way to America, it was headed for California. I felt her fear of the huge tsunami that had killed her and startled awake.

I immediately turned on the television, looking for news about the earthquake & tsunami, it didn't take long to find it.

This was the first time I knew for sure that it wasn't just a strange vivid dream, it had really happened and the tsunami was still on its way to California.  There was plenty of warning that it was coming, it wouldn't cause the same kind of death & destruction as it did in Japan.

Often these experiences fade away like forgotten dreams in the night, maybe we have a little memory of it and maybe not. This particular experience remained so clear in my mind because I was startled awake.

I had slept soundly straight through the night, but I felt completely exhausted, as if I hadn't slept at all.

I discussed this later with an older psychic woman whom I had the pleasure of meeting.  She explained that we don't always get to have restful sleep like everyone else, sometimes we are called away from our bodies to do spirit rescue work.

When natural disasters create casualties, the spirits of the victims are sometimes traumatized by their sudden unexpected deaths.

If left alone, they may not process what happened to them and become stuck here as earthbound spirits, stuck in what Catholics have always called purgatory.

It seems as though when many are unexpectedly killed all at once, psychic healers automatically answer the call to help those in need. We leave our bodies and astral travel to where we are needed. 

Being this kind of healer is not just a profession, it's not what we decided to do.  It is so natural & automatic that it is literally who we are.

By definition, the word "Enlightenment," implies that most people do not perceive reality as it truly is.

Terrorism is carried on by those who choose a narrow perspective while refusing to attempt seeing things from other perspectives.

People's tendency to look at how things are different actually keeps them from noticing how much they are the same.

Violent people are functioning in the more primitive parts of the brain. Their actions are rooted in fear of anything different, so literally people reject/attack anything that fear might be different. Yes, I really am saying that they are clearly operating from a lower level of the brain... their actions tell on them, I didn't really have to!

Violence is a primitive reaction, not a conscious course of action.

Attempting to control the masses via fear, may appear successful for a while but what they are really doing is inspiring people to look for other solutions!

Whenever exposed to info about invasive species in lakes & waterways, I can't help but shake my head knowing that the way humans think to remove such things is by poisoning them. Hello? Poison is poison. What are the long term effects of poisoning our waters?

I wonder if these invasive species are so bad, why aren't the people starving without fish populations in areas these invasive species came from?

Zebra mussels filter and clean the water. Much of what people believe to be true about zebra mussels is not fact.

I can't help but wonder if this is Mother Earth's way of cleaning up the mess humans have been making while polluting & poisoning the waters directly or indirectly via the run off coming from the areas where people continuously spray chemicals & poisons on crops & lands. When all those different poisons & chemicals mix together in the water, what long term effect will that have?
